Last November, we had the pleasure of welcoming third-year students from the Administration, Finance, and Marketing program at Istituto Cuppari Salvati in Jesi to Paradisi Srl.

The visit provided these young students with a valuable opportunity to experience the working world firsthand, gaining insights into the dynamics of a manufacturing company and the strategic role of administrative, financial, and marketing functions in our industry.

During the visit, students learned about Paradisi’s history and values, explored business processes from financial management to logistics, and engaged in discussions with our team—asking questions and receiving valuable advice for their future careers.

We firmly believe in the importance of building direct connections between schools and businesses, offering students practical tools to navigate the job market and develop their professional skills.
