We believe that work is an opportunity for growth, independence, and personal fulfillment for everyone. That’s why, in recent months, we have collaborated with ASP Ambito 9 and Coos Marche on two important projects dedicated to social inclusion and the employment of individuals facing challenges.

The first project, developed through the collaboration between ASP Ambito 9 and Coos Marche, is a training workshop designed to provide young people on the autism spectrum with the opportunity to develop job skills, preparing them for a future in the workplace. We actively participated in this initiative by providing materials and support for assembly and packaging activities, allowing participants to gain hands-on experience in a structured and stimulating environment.

At the same time, we joined the Social Inclusion Internship program promoted by ASP Ambito 9 in Jesi, welcoming an individual selected by social workers into our company. This project is part of a broader initiative aimed at supporting people experiencing socio-economic difficulties by offering concrete tools to foster self-determination and access to the job market.

Inclusion means creating real opportunities, breaking down barriers, and building an environment where everyone can express their potential. We are proud to have contributed to these efforts and will continue to support initiatives that put people and their future at the center.
