Students from IIS Cuppari Salvati visit Paradisi
A few days ago, we had the pleasure of hosting two third-year classes specializing in AFM (Administration, Finance, and Marketing) from IIS Cuppari Salvati for an educational experience at our company, Paradisi.
The visit was structured in two parts. During the first part, we introduced our company, presenting general information, the “Friday at Paradisi” project, and various initiatives we undertake in the community. We particularly emphasized our commitment to partnerships with technical schools aimed at involving young talent in real business activities and described the different professional roles within our organization.
The second part of the visit was dedicated to production. The students observed the production cycle, from the arrival of raw materials to the completion of turned components and the recycling of metal shavings.
This experience allowed them to gain a direct and practical understanding of how our production lines operate.
We extend our thanks to IIS Cuppari Salvati for this valuable opportunity for exchange, and we hope that this experience provided the students with a tangible path to consider for their future careers.
Investing in new generations remains a priority for us, as we believe that the future of our industry also depends on the education and inspiration of today’s young talents.
